hereto by E. Wilson Tuthill by deed dated July 15, 1966 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 26, 1966 in
Liber 5999, page 582, it being the intention of the party of the
first part to convey his entire interest in said premises to the
party of the second part.
