WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beinat Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and Stat.-

BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly line on Deep Hole Drive at the
Northeast corner of the premises herein described adjoining land of Stephen King,
formerly Wilhelmina Dietz on the East;
RMING THENCE along said land, South 6° 39' 20" West 340.0 feet, more
or less, to ordinary high water mark of Deep Hole Creek;
RUNNING THENCE Northwesterly along said ordinary high water mark 205.0
feet, mre or less, to land of Gladys Dickerson;
RUNNING THENCE along said land, North 16° 05' West 250.0 feet Imre or less,
to the Southerly line of Deep Hole Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along said lime on a curve to the left having a radius
of 330.0 feet, a distance of 54.24 feet and continuing thence along said line,
North 83° 20' 40" West 60.76 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to waters and the land under water of Deep Hole Creek lying
in front of and adjoining the above described premises.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed between the parties
by Deed dated September 10, 1983 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on Octeber 5, 1983 in Liber 9437, Page 307. This being a correction
deed to properly describe the premises, particularly the mad and creek frontages.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for -the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of'tNe improvement before usi%i ny part of the total of the same for
any other purpose. k.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
