Town Hall, Main Road, Southold as the time and place for the next
regular Planning Board meeting.

Richard Reinhardt - This minor subdivision is for 5 lots on 20.5995
acres. Proposed lot #I is for 16.6060 acres of which the development
rights have been sold on 14.6060 acres. The proposed subdivision Is
located on the northeast side of Alvah's Lane, 2875 feet north of
