SETTING OF NEXT PLANNING BOARD MEETING
Board to set Tuesday, November 13, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at the
Southold Town Hall Conference Room, Main Road, Southold as
the time and place for the next regular Planning Board
meeting.

Open Hearing
State the following:
Before I entertain comments from the audience, I'd like to
note that the Board will be conducting another public
hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement on
March llth. The hearing has been scheduled for this date
in order that it be advertised 14 days prior to the
hearing, as required by the State Environmental Quality
Review Act.
The hearing tonight will be closed, and, as I stated, a new
hearing will be opened on March llth.
If you wish, you may hold your comments until the Mar~h
llth hearing. The Board requests, however, that you do
not repeat your comments from the Feb. 4th meeting or
from tonight's meeting at the March llth hearing because
all verbal comments will be transcribed into a written
record for the DEIS. All comments from February 4th and
from tonight will be reviewed together with any comments
from the March llth hearing.

4. Be it RESOLVED that the Planning Board set Monday, March
11, 1991, at 7:45 P.M. for a public hearing on the Draft
Environmental Impact Statement dated December 1990.
The public comment period will run until March 21, 1991.
