Sound View Estates - Chairman to endorse final
subdivision maps for 5 affordable housing lots on 5.83
acres located off a private right-of-way on the south side
of Soundview Avenue, Southold. SCTM#1000-59-9-10. The Town
Board has agreed to accept dedication of the road and open
space.
