Southold Town Hall, Main IRoad; Southold as the time and place for the
next regular Planning Board meeting.
PUBUC HEARINGS
7:50 p.m. Stanley and Matra Wiepzynski - This lot line change between
Stanley and Matra Wiepzynski and Herodotus Damianos is to subtract
552 square feet from a 151,480 square foot parcel and add it to a
54.4 acre parcel. The parcels are located off Jennings I~oad in
Southold. SCTM# 1000-54-6-I and 59-:5-28.5.
7:55 p.m. Eva Halla - This lot line change between Eva Hatla and the
Birch Hills Property Owner's Association is to subtract 5,000 square
feet from the Birch Hills property and to add it to the Eva Halla
property. SCTM# 1000-85-1-I.
7:40 p.m. Eva Mullins - This lot line change is to divide two lots which
are :51,250 square feet in area and 40,500 square feet in area, east
and west, instead of north and south, resulting in 2 lots, 24,750
square feet in area and 47,000 square feet in area. The parcels are
located on Pine Ave. and a private r-o-w in Southold. SCTM# 1000-77-
5-5,6,7 & 15.
7:45 p.m. Osprey Dominion Vineyard & Winery - This site plan is for a
5,25:5 square foot storage addition to an existing winery building in

plan is for a 5,000 square foot agricultural equipment repair building,

Setting of Final Hearings:
Estate of Andrew Cassidy - Section I - This major subdivision is for 3
lots on 58 acres. Lot ¢I is a non-buildable wetland area of 2:5.24
acres; Lot ¢2 is a 32.98 acre area on which the development rights
have been sold and lot ¢3 is an 80,000 square foot residential lot.
The parcel is located on the south side of Albertson's Lane in
Oreenport. Section I is for 2 lots; a 23.24 acre non-buildable wetland
lot and a 34.8238 acre lot of which the development rights have been
