PUBLIC HEARINGS Hearings Held Over From Previous Meetings: San Simeon by the Sound - This propOsed site plan is for the construct on of a 13,650 square foot parking lot. SCTM# 1000-45-2- p/o 10.3. Strona's Marina - This site plan is for the construction of a 5,556 sq. ft. sales office and shop; 2,400 sq. ft. show room and a 2,223 sq. ft. boat storage rack, located at 6amp Mineola Rd. in Mattituck. SCTM# 1000- 122-4-44.2 and.122-9-5 & 6.1. MAJOR AND MINOR SUBDIVISIONS, LOT LINE CHANGES AND SET OFF APPLiCATiONS Setting of Rnal Hearings: Stanley and Matra Wiepzynski - This lot line change between Stanley and Matra Wiepzynski and Herodotus Damianos is to subtract 552 Square feet from a 151,480 square foot parcel and add it to a 54.4 acre parcel.
