San Simeon by the Sound - This propOsed site plan is for the
construct on of a 13,650 square foot parking lot. SCTM# 1000-45-2-
p/o 10.3.
Strona's Marina - This site plan is for the construction of a 5,556 sq. ft.
sales office and shop; 2,400 sq. ft. show room and a 2,223 sq. ft. boat
storage rack, located at 6amp Mineola Rd. in Mattituck. SCTM# 1000-

Property Owner's Association is to subtract 5,000 square feet from the

square feet in area and 40,500 square feet in area, east and west, instead
