SCTM# 1000-70-3-22. 7:35 p.m. Mattituck Realty, L.L.C. - This proposed site plan is for the construction of a 6,000 square foot office building for medical/ dental office use. Lot 1 is a non-buildable wetland area of 23.24 acres; lot 2 is a 32.98 acre area on which the development rights have been sold and lot 3 is an 80,000 square foot residential lot.
