Board to set Monday, October 21, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. at the Southold
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold as the time and place for the next
regular Planning Board meeting.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
7:30 p.m. Peconic Development Corp. (Harvest Homes) - This
proposed major suDdivision is for 13 lots on 14.9 acres located on
Oaklawn Ave. and Wells Ave. in Southold. SCTM# 1000-70-3-22.
7:35 p.m. Mattituck Realty, L.L.C. - This proposed site plan is for the
construction of a 6,000 square foot office building for medical/
dental office use. SCTM# 1000-122-6-29.2.
7:40 p.m. Georqe Bambricl( - This proposed lot line change is to
subtract 7,096 square feet from a 23,700 square foot parcel and add
it to a 7,000 square foot parcel. SCTM# 1000-59-5-7 & 8.
7:45 p.m. Thornton Smith - Section 2 - This proposed major
subdivision is for 6 lots on 33.29 acres, off a right-of-way
on the east side of Bergen Ave. in Mattituck. SCTM# 1000-

San Simeon by t:he Sound - This proposed site plan is for the

lots on 20.5668 acres located on the north side of Main Rd. in

Rockcove Estates - This proposed major subdivision is for 23 lots on
28.315 acres located on the north side of Middle Rd. (C.R. 48),
