Board to set Monday, August 7, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. at the Southold
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold as the time and place for the next
regular Planning Board meeting.

Final Determinations:
Bidwell Vineyards - This site plan is to construct a 2,032 square foot
new wine tasting pavilion on a fifteen acre parcel with two existing
connected buildings which will continue to be utilized. These two
buildings consist of a 2,996 square foot grape processing building
and a 2,008 square foot office/laboratory building.

requirement for the reservation of a 12.5 foot wide right-of-way for
