Hearings Held Over From Previous Meetings: Marqaret Best and Adlyn Swerson - This existing 1.3 acre /~- [~ parcel with two dwellings is to be divided into two lots, each having one of the dwellings. SCTM# 1000-123-6-17, MAJOR AND MINOR SUBDIVISIONS, LOT LINE CHANGES AND SET OFF APPLICATIONS Final Determinations: Anqel Shores - This major subdivision is for 49 lots on 92.74 acres located off Main Bayview Rd. in Southold. SCTM# 1000-88-6-I, 4 & 5. John and Marqaret Guest - This minor subdivision is for 3 lots on 13,7 acres located on the west side of Crescent Ave. on Fishers Island. SCTM# 1000-6-1-5, b~E Marqare[ Best and Adlyn Syverson - SCTM# 1000-123-6-17. Setting of Final Hearings: Edith Dillon Edson - This minor subdivision is for 3 lots on 6.74 acres located on the northeast corner or Central Ave. and Munnatawket Ave. on Fishers Island. SCTM# 1000-6-3-8 and 6-4-7. Sketch Extensions: Harvest Homes. - This major subdivision is for 12 lots on 14.9 acres located on Oaklawn Ave. and Wells Ave. in Southold. SCTM# 1000-70-3-22. Stevens Bluff - This minor subdivision Is for 2 lots on 4.4603 acres located off a r-o-w approximately 600 feet east of Cox Lane in Cutchogue. SCTM# I000-83-2-8 SITE PLANS Final Determinations: Bidwell Vineyards - This site plan is to construct a 2,032 square foot new wine tasting pavilion on a fifteen acre parcel with two existing connected buildings which will continue to be utilized. These two buildings consist of a 2,996 square foot grape processing building and a 2,008 square foot office/laboratory building. SITE PLANS. OTHER Henry Appel - Planning Board to review request to eliminate the requirement for the reservation of a 12.5 foot wide right-of-way for future widening of Camp Mineola Road, and to incorporate said area into the open space portion of the subdivision (Lot 14.6).
