PUBLIC HEARINGS Subdivisions - Final: 7:30 P.M. - Edward W. Latham, Daniel T. Latham and Elbert E. Luce, Jr_.~. - This proposal is to subtract 0.544 of an acre from a 3.884 acre parcel and add it to a 1.00 acre parcel; and to subtract 0.102 of an acre from a 3.884 acre parcel and add it to a 0.584 acre parcel. $CTM# 1000-18-2-16.14 & 38 and 1000-18-2-16.14 & 14. O'Neill - This proposal is to set off a 5,000 square foot parcel from an existing 12,460 square foot parcel located at 635 Wiggins St. in Oreenport. SCTM# 1000-48-1-22. SITE PLANS Final Determinations: Peconi~ - This site plan is for the conversion of an existing residence to a restaurant, on Rt. 25 in Cutchogue. SCTM# I000-103-I-19.2 Petrol Stations Ltd. - This site plan is to remove and relocate existing driveway and reconfigure parking area on a 5.8 acre site located on Rt. 25 in Cutchogue. SCTM# 1000-109-1-23. Metro Service Station - This site plan is to construct a 25 foot by 40 foot canopy containing fire suppression equipment over existing gasoline pumps, in Cutchogue. Southold Town Planning Board March 27, 1995 SITE PLANS - STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEW ACT Lead Agency Coordination: North Fork Sanitation - This site plan is for a transfer station located at Cox Lane in Cutchogue. SCTM# 1000-83-3-4.7. Determinations: Bidwetl Vineyard - This site plan is to construct a 2,032 square foot new wine tasting pavilion on a fifteen acre parcel with a two exist- ing connected buildings which will continue to be utilized. These two buildings consist of a 2,~)96 square foot grape processing building and a 2,008 square foot office/laboratory building. SCTM# 1000-96-4-4.3. Petrol Stations Ltd. - SCTM# 1000-109-1-23.
