parcel and add it to a 1.00 acre parcel; and to subtract 0.102 of an
acre from a 3.884 acre parcel and add it to a 0.584 acre parcel.

Metro Service Station - This site plan is to construct a 25 foot by 40
foot canopy containing fire suppression equipment over existing
gasoline pumps, in Cutchogue. SCTM# 1000-102-5-26.

SITE PLANS - STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEW ACT
Lead Agency Coordination:
North Fork Sanitation - This site plan is for a transfer station
located at Cox Lane in Cutchogue. SCTM# 1000-83-3-4.7.
Determinations:
Bidwetl Vineyard - This site plan is to construct a 2,032 square foot
new wine tasting pavilion on a fifteen acre parcel with a two exist-
ing connected buildings which will continue to be utilized. These
two buildings consist of a 2,~)96 square foot grape processing
building and a 2,008 square foot office/laboratory building.
