Dear Mr. Palumbo:
The Board of Trustees reviewed the site plan prepared by Robert I. Brown
Architect, P.C. dated February 4, 2011 and determined the proposed
replacement.of exterior siding on the dwelling, interior renovation and
replacement windows to be Exempt under Chapter 275-4 of the Town Wetland
Code.
Therefore, in accordance with the current Wetlands Code (Chapter 275) no
permit is required.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
