Cochran, Jr. August 16, 2002 Soundings - 5050 New Suffolk Avenue, Mattituck I am in receipt of a request for the Bay Constables to perform soundings at 550 New Suffolk Avenue, Mattituck. In an effort to improve the cooperation between your Board and our Department, we had a meeting at Police Headquarters earlier this year. At that time, there was an agreement that we would assist any member of the Board of Trustees in performing the soundings in relation to the applications. Your request for the Bay Constables to perform them without coordinating with one of the members of the Trustees is contrary to the agreement made at that meeting. I look forward to your contacting this office so that we can work out the details of how we will coordinate schedules, of all parties involved, so that these inspections may be completed in a timely fashion in order to better serve the community. cc: Gregory Yakaboski, Esq. 41405 Route25 op.o.
