the 2009 figures. The increase can be partially attributed to the broadening of the minor exempt
action list which renders certain actions as exempt from review.
B. Notable LWRP Program Changes
1. The LWRP Coordinator worked with the NYSDOS and Town Attorney's Office to amend the
dredging windows and minor exempt action list in the LWRP document. A public hearing on the
amendments is scheduled for May 10th.
A comprehensive memo discussing the progress of current grants within the department will be sent
separately. If you have any questions I can be reached at 765-1938.
