Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my determination that the proposed second story addition is EXEMPT from LWRP review pursuant to: § 268-3. Definitions. MINOR ACTIONS item "11" which states: II. Additions to an existing building or rebuilt residential structure which results in no net increase in ground area coverage, except where the parcel is located in a coastal erosion hazard area; The parcel is not located within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area.
