3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains less than 2/10 of 1% lead.

of Code Compliance from architect or engineer responsible for the building.
6. Submit PI.arming Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.

b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets

c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.

The trim styling of this model along with the beauty of
the tempestuous flames put the Model 400 in a class by
itself. For long life, the Model 400 has a full cast iron
body and combustion chamber lined with firebrick and
refractory. A separate ash door makes for convenient
ash removal.
With 15" rear and side clearances (optional 8" rear with
rear heatshield 400HSB) you can tuck the Model 400

The low 2.9 grams of particulate produced in emission
makes the Model 400 one of the lowest and most Earth
