Map of the Property of the Ravatone Realty Corporation at Fleets Neck, Cutchogue, New York, bounded and

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Pequash Avenue, which said point rs North 32 degrees 15 minutes
west a distance of 150 feet from a point formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Stoutenburg Road and
the easterly side of Pequash Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE north 57 degrees 45 minutes east a distance of 175'feet to the northwesterly corner of land
now or forrnedy of Hilda M. Gilbert;
RUNNING THENCE south 32 degrees 15 minutes east a distance of 50 feet along'the westerly side el land now
