ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed
dated November 9, 1998 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November
13, 1998 in Liber 11928 at page 359.
