ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erect,ed,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the property conveyed to Sonja Caron Stein in deed dated Mamh 2 I,

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that, pursuant to Article SIXTH of~ said last will. and testament, the above-
described property, including ail the structures thereon, shall be maintam~ as local historical sites..The grounds
of said property is to remain forever a nature and wildlife preserve, whos~lnaturat beauty shall never be tarnished

above-described property's natural beauty or destroy wildlife;
