the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being a part of that portion
of Fishers Island lying to the east of Peninsula Road, said lot or parcel of land being

BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southwesterly line of a road, said point being at
the northeasterly corner of the herein described tract, said point also being located
