STATE OF NEW YORK MEETING ~-~ ~I~E SOUTHOLD PARK DISTRICT Notice is hereby given, as pre-] scribed by Chapter 234 of the Sessions La%v of 1907 of the State of NewI York, entitled "An Act to authorize' the formation of a Park District in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County to acquire land £or p~rk pur~, j poses and to issue bonds therefor, and amendments thereto, that a meeting of the legal voters of the! said Park District, the boundaries of! which are the same as those of Southold Union School District No. 5, will be held in the Towr) Clerk's l Office in said District on Tuesday, February 21, 1950, at 8 o'clock p. .it this meeting a Park Commis-~ stoner will be elected for a term of ,three years in the place of Charles J ~F. Van Duzer, whose term of office will then expire. At this meeting also the Park Commissioners will ask for an appro- priation of Four Thousand ($4;000.00) Dollars for the maintenance of the Park Distr~ip't i~roperties and to frans- set any ofli~ business that may properly- e~l~'-~efore the meeting.
