DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY

ALL that parcel of land situate at Laurel, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Bray Avenue, 200.0 feet northerly
along said line from the extension westerly of the northerly line of Albo Drive;
and running along said easterly llne of Bray Avenue, N 20 degrees 46 minutes
50 seconds West 50.0 feet; thence along land conveyed, or w be conveyed, by
thc party of the first part to the party of thc second part at right angles to said
easterly linc, N 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds East 160.0 feet; thence
along said land of the party of the first par~ 2 courses as follows: (1) parallel
w/th said easterly linc of Bray Avenue S 20 degrees 46 minutes SO seconds
East 50.0 feet; thence (2) at right angles to said easterly linc S 69 degrees 13
minutes 10 seconds W 160.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
