Commencing at a point in the northerly line of Lot ~MT, which point is 200 feet easterly from the
northwesterly corner of Lot ~7 as measured along the northerly line thereof, running thence
easterly along the northerly line of Lot 047 to the center line of Brushes Creek; thence in a general
southerly direction to a point where said center line is inter~ected by the southerly line of Lot 047;
thence westerly along the southerly line of Lot ~17, 102 feet, more or less to a point; thence
westerly on a curve, the chord of which is approximately 40 feet and with an are with radius of 40

pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
