ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, in the Town of
$outhold, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as "Fisherman's Beach" Lot 33 and part of Lot 32 as shown
on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map, Peconic Bay Properties, Inc., surveyed Feb. 6, 1931 by Otto W. Van Tuyl,
Surv~" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 5, 1931 as No. 786 of Maps, bounded and described a~
follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of thc wcst, rly side of Landing Road (private road) and the soulherly
side of Haywaters Road n/k/a Fisherman's Beach Road;
RUNNING THENCE the following four courses and distances:
I) North 87 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 65.00 feet;
2) North 65 degrees 15 minutes O0 seconds We. st, a distance of 65.00 feet;
3) north 35 degrees 09 minutes 50 seconds ~ a distance of 33.00 feet to the northerly side of Fisherman's Beach Road;

feet to the true point or place of BEGINNING.
