Together with a right of way to pass and repass for street purposes over all of the sireets as shown upon
said map, including "the paths" leading to the beach, ~he fee in the land in the said streets and paths,
however, wreathing in Gardiner's Bay Company, Inc. or its successors and assign.
BEING and intended to be the same premises c9. nveyed by Henry Oschmann and Grace Oschmann, his
wife to Leon C. Marcus and Katherine Ann Marcus his wife, by deed dated September I I, 1970, and
recorded in the Suffolk Comty Clerk's Office on September 14, 1970, in Libor 6806 of Deeds at page
I 17, and by Leon C. Marcus and Katherine Ann Marcus, his wife, to John Frosch and Annette G. Fresch,
as tenants in common, by deed dated Noveraber 17, 1972 and recordo:l in Libor 7292, Page 20 I, and by
John Froseh to the grantor herein, by deed dated March 6, 1990, and recorded in Libor 11039, Page 445
together with all rights and privileges therein contained, and subject to thcreservatlons and restrictions
therein set forth.
