the Town Board of the Town of South-
J old, County of Suffolk at a regular
! meet ng thereof, held on the 28th day
of May, 1958, duly adopted, subject to a
permissive referendum, a resolution, an
abstract of which Is as follows:
WHEREAS, Chapter 713 of the Laws
of 1958 of the State of New York pro-
I' rides that the Town BOard of the Town
of Southoid, Suffolk Cpunty, New York
may establish a park district in the
Town of Southold to be administered
,by a separate board of park dist~ct
commissioners pursuant to the ~r~-
visions of Article 13 of the ~'owll Law,
and
WHEREAS, the Town BOard is now
~esirous .of establishing a park dis~lct
m said town in accordance with the
provisions of Chapter 713 of the Laws
of 1958, and the appropriate provisions
of Article 12 of the ~rn Law,
