We have revised the Proposed Sub-Division Plan (yield map) to allow for separate access in accordance with the Town Highway Standards to the existing 50' wide easement known as Private Road//13. The storage barn a defined on the plans and as discussed at our meeting does in fact have a Certificate of Occupancy (see attached) from the Southold Town Building Department. Our office assumes that any variance needed to obtain a final certificate of occupancy would have been previously granted by the Town. The tennis court (which has a CO - see attached) will need to be reconfigured in accordance with the proposed lot lines. The owner understands that condition as a result of the proposed sub-division of the parcel. We would like to thank your office for the comments which has allowed our office to advance the plans to their current status.
