Attached are requirements the Commissioners wish to have agreed upon between

Southold Town having access to the launching ramp.
Letter received from the Corps of Engineers stating that there is a
possibility of the east side of Mattituck Inlet for a certain type of spoil.
We have no problem with the placing of such sand in this particular area.
However, we do have a problem with the selt and the clay. We would not want those
materials deposited at that site. We would also require any grading so as to
return this particular area to a more suitable beach.
On motion of Edward Adams, seconded by Jerry Goehringer and carried,
a 72" cut John Deer mower is to be purchased from state contract.
Mr. Adams announced that the October meeting would be held on October 19th, 1989
