7:30 P.M. at the Park District office, Main Road, Mattituck, New York, with all
all'Commissioners present.
Minutes of previous meeting were approved as read.
Mr. McGuire and son, John, entered the meeting to publicly apologize for
the damage done by John and friends to the ball park site and stated that they
will make restitution and that the DiTusa family had also agree~ to share the
expense, although the Commissioners had not heard from them. The Commissioners
agreed to do what they could to help John, who, himself, said he was sorry for
what he had done in a moment of stupidity. They then left the meeting.
The Treasurer's report was accepted as presented:

At 7:00 P.M. Commissioner Adams swore in the
Bonnie Adams, Judy Thilber and Chippy Bennett, and
voting on the 1991 budget. See copy attached.
Inspectors of Election,
declare the polls open for
The Commissioners and Treasurer discussed the budget for the balance of
1990. Things had to be held to a minimum to get through until the end of the~
year. Mr. Sabat was to let the student s,mmer help know that they were terminated
as of the end of this week and also Bertram Walker.
At 9:00 P.M. the polls were declared closed and the Inspectors proceeded to
count the votes. The results were 12 Voters registered and ballots cast. 12
ballots Yes, 0 ballots No, 0 ballots void. Budget approved for 1991.
