Park District held at the District Office on September 19, 1990 at 7:30 P. M. with
all Commissioners present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented.
The Treasurer's report was approved as follows:

Treasurer Graeb said spending would have to be curtailed until the end of
the year because the budget was not going to make ends meet.
The Commissioners want the custodian to have the lights turned off at the
ball park sites.
The docks have to be pulled out by Jim Cox.
The Treasurer asked about amending the tax warrant for an additional $10,000.00
for the 1991 budget. Secretary to check with Eric Bressler.
Because of the accummulation of sand and gravel at the Breakwater site from
west side of jetty, the question was raised as to whether we can exhume gravel
from this site as was done in the past. Secretary to check with Eric Bressler.
Secretary instructed to write to Mr. Wengryn, Jr. regarding his handwritten
note left in the door asking for permission to moor his boat behind the tennis
courts at the Bay Avenue site. Permission would not be granted to moor his boat
where it would touch the District Property at any time. He was instructed to
contact the Town Trustees as this falls in their jurisdiction.
Commissioners reported having contacted Alice Addy and Betty Tyler regardnig
the office of Treasurer for the 1991 year. Neither one accepted the nomination.
Mr. Goehringer said he had contacted John Cushman who was going to be in touch with
the Commissioners and Mr. Graeb.
No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned.
