the Mattituck Park District held on December 19, 1990 at the
Park District Office with all Commissioners and officers
present. Mr. John Cushman was 'also present.
Mr. Adams stated that he had opened the polls Sot
election of Commissioner to fill the office of Edward Adams
those term expires December 31, 1990 and Treasurer to fill
the office of .Robert Graeb whose term expires December 31,
1990, at ?:00 P.M. and had sworn in Bonnie Adams and Judy
Thilberg as Inspectors of Election.
Minutes were tabeled.
The Treasurer's report was approved as follows:

Commissioners advised Mr. Cox, custodian, to close up
the holes created by the collapsed pipe at the Ball Park
site.
A truck had done extensive damage at the Yacht Club
property. Commissioners are waiting for police report
because they want full restitution. Insurance agent to be
contacted to see if a claim could be made.
Mr. Cox reported that the real wheel bearing had to be
replaced on the truck.
Commissioners reported that the blue stone at the Sound
site could be used to fill in hole in the parking lot at
Vets Park.
Mr. Kopke of Village Marine had a 30 x 32' wood frame
building he would donate to the Park District for moving off
his property. Commissioners to go to see it.
January meeting to be held on January 16, 1991.
At 9:00 P.M. the polls were declared closed.
Inspectors reported the following

Ballots cast
Yes for Edward Adams for Commissioner
Yes for John Cushman for Treasurer
Void ballots.
Mr. Adams will be Commissioner for another 3-year term
commencing January 1, 1991 and Mr. Cushman will be Treasurer
for a 3-year term commencing January 1, 1991.
