Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District held on January
15, 1992 at the Park District office on Main Road,
Mattituck, New York with all Commissioners present.
Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M.
On motion of Pete Sabat, seconded by Jerry Goehringer
and carried, Edward Adams was named Chairman of the Board
for the year 1992.
On motion of Jerry Goehringer and seconded by Pete Sabat
and carried, Madeline Haas was appointed as Secretary for
the year 1992.
On motion of Pete Sabat, seconded by Jerry Goehringer
and carried, The North Fork Bank & Trust Company and Norstar
Bank were appointed as official depositories for the 1992
year.
On motion of Jerry Goehringer, seconded by Pete Sabat
and carried The Suffolk Times and Long Island Traveler-
Watchman were named as official newspapers for 1992.
On motion of Pete Sabat, seconded by Jerry Goehringer
and carried wickham, wickham & Bressler law firm was
appointed as official law firm of the district for 1992.
On motion of Peter Sabat, seconded by Jerry Goehringer
and carried, the minutes of the December meeting were
approved as presented.
The Treasurer reported not having closed the 1991 books
as of this date but the balance in the account as of this
date is $34,729.00.
The following bills were ordered paid on motion of Pete
Sabat, seconded by Jerry Goehringer and carried:

On motion of Pete Sabat, seconded Jerry Goehringer and
carried, the following resolution was adopted:
RESOLVED that the commissioners of the Mattituck Park
district authorize the following 1992 Budget modifications:
$400.00 from Supplies and Materials to Treaurer and
Secretary Salary.
Chairman Adams reported that Mullen has sold the Park
District truck to Mr. Thompson. Secretary to ask attorney
whether we should hold the check for said sale in escrow
pending receipt of new truck.
On motion of Pete Sabat, seconded by Jerry Goehringer
and carried, James Cox's salary for 1992 will be $29,400.00.
On motion of Jerry Goehringer, seconded by Pete Sabat
and carried, the Treasurer and Secretary will receive
$1200.00 annually.
On motion of Jerry Goehringer, seconded by Pete Sabat
and carried, the following hourly wages were approved:
Russell Nine $ 7.70
Harry Charkow 8.00
Bert Walker 7.25
Robert Celic 5.50
Carl Miska 5.50
Mr. Goehringer reported nothing received from Michael
Mooney regarding the bulkhead.
No further business to come before the meeting, the
meeting was adjourned.
