the Mattituck Park District held on February 26, 1992 at
7:30 P.M. at the Park District office with all Commissioners
present.
Chairman Adams called the meeting to order.
Chairman Adams tabeled the reading of the minutes.
On motion of Pete Sabat, seconded by Ed Adams and
carried the following bills were ordered paid:

On motion of Pete Sabat, seconded by Ed Adams and
carried, the Treasurer's report was approved as follows:

$115,332.77
Jerry Goehringer reported nothing new on the bulkhead
as he is waiting for word from wickham's office regarding
permits of DEC.
Chairman Adams reported that Jim Cox had been
authorized to replace the water pump in the Park District
office.
Chairman Adams also reported that the Logo of the Park
District is to be put on the new truck.
The Commissioners unanimously agreed that the cost of
the keys for the boat ramp at Love Lane would be $11.00 for
the 1992 season.
The Commissioners unanimously agreed that Betty Tyler's
compensation for distributing the keys and taking care of
the shower building at Love Lane would be $2250.00 for the
1992 season.
The beach permits will be $3.00.
The concession stand was discussed and Timothy Poplaski
has the option to renew his license for one year. Mr.
Poplaski is to be contacted because he was going to donate a
new generator to the District in lieu of money for the 1992
seasoR.
The Commissioners agreed that the Park District would
mow the lawns for the Historical Society again this summer.
It was reported that the fence at the Yacht club has to
be repaired.
The Commissioners are going to experiment with
temporary guest stickers to be given out to non-residents
visiting residents of the Mattituck Park District and who
are coming to the beach with the resident of the Park
District.
Commissioners reported that Joe Shipman, with the help
of Jim Cox is toing to help prepare a parking area at the
Aldrich Lane site.
No further business to come before the meeting, the
meeting was adjourned.
