Commissioner of the Mattituck Park District held on March
18, 1992 at the Park District office with all Commissioners
present. Absent: Madeline Haas, Secretary; Jim Cox,
Custodian.
Minutes of January and February approved as read with
exception of balances in the Treasurer's reports. Corrected
as follows:
The Treasurer's report was approved as presented and
the the following bills ordered paid:

Ed Adams reported that the new truck with the logo is
here with a 4000 miles maintenance.
Jerry Goehringer spoke of the bulkhead at Love Lane and
said floats are to be put in. He suggested a fence along
the west side of that site.
Commissioner's unanimously agreed to raise Betty
Tyler's summer salary to $2,250.00.
Commissioners reported that the pipe for the culvert at
Yacht Club has been ordered by Ray Jacobs. Treasurer
instructed not to pay bill until pipe is delivered.
The parking lots at the sites are to be oiled (Yacht
Club, Breakwater and Love Lane). Ray Jacobs will perform
the work, the Park District will pay for the oil.
Secretary is to contact Tim Poplaski regarding the
concession. If he wants it he is to produce a new generator
which will be his payment for the concession for the 1992
season.
The water pump in the Park District office was rewired
and is now working.

Bleachers are to be ordered.
The community worker starts working on Saturday, March
1992 and is to put in 70 hours of service.
The next meeting will be held on April 22, 1992.
No further business to come before the meeting, the
meeting was adjourned.

Addendum to March meeting minutes:
The following resolution was approved by Mr. Adams and
Mr. Goehringer without Mr. Sabat's inclusion:
RESOLVED, that the Aldrich Lane site will be named "THE
PETE SABAT MEMORIAL FIELD" and will be so named on
Madeline S. Haas
