sioners of the Mattituck Park District held on July 15:
1987 at 7:30 P.M. at the Park District office on Main
Road, Mattitu~k, New York, with all Commissioners
present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved
as read.
The Treasurer's report was approved as read:

Mr. Goehringer stated that the Sound site
building would be stuccoes starting July 16,1987.

Mr. Adams reported that Mr. Jacobs of Southold Town
has been asked and agreed to come and demolish the
balance of the building at the Sound site.
Commissioners agreed that next year the license
number must appear on the park stickers.
Commissioners unanimously agreed to notify Mr.
Bressler to forward the lease of the Pike Street parking
lot which Mr. Adams signed to the Town of Southold for.
the renewal of same.
The pump at Aldrich Lane site was discussed and said
to not be big enough to irrigate properly.
General condition of the ~sites were discussed. The
Commissioners are to meet with Mr. Cox on Monday, July
20, 1987 at 7:15 P.M. at the Park office building.
Mr. Goehringer to talk to the Town Fathers about the
possibility of Southold Town leasing the three ball sites
in the future.
Attached is the proposed buret for 1988. Vote for
same will be held on August 19, 1987 from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M
at the Park District Office.
No further business to come before the meeting,
the meeting was adjourned.
