Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District held on
August 22, 1984 at the home of Mr. Michael Burke with
only Mr. Burke and Mr. Goehringer present. Mr.
Murphy asked to be excused, Mr. Graeb was away and
Mrs. Haas was ill.

A discussion was had on the girls who will
working at the beaches. They will be going on
duty at 9:30 A.M. each morning.

The condition of the showers at the LOve Lane
site were discussed - perhaps coin operated doors
and closed at night.

· The condition of the lights at the Peconic Bay
Ball~ark were discussed and it was decided to wait until
spring to have them repaire~,~
Mr. Cox said he needs two new light poles at the
Wolf Pit site.
The possibility of assessing team that play at the ba
park at the Yacht Club site was discussed.
It was unanimously agreed to to have Corazzini come
in and install speed bumps at-the Veterans' Park site as
well as the ball field site o~econic Bay Boulevard.
It was agreed to have Van Tuyl Surveyors come in and
survey the Sacks property on Westphalia Road.
Mr. Goehringer discussed the right of way behind
the Love Lane stores. The damage to the Veterans' Park
site by the Fire Department Tournament. A letter should
be sent to the MFD confirming we do not sanction overnight
stays at any of our sites.
