with all Commissioners present except Mr. Ed Adams.

The Commissioners discussed closing the road
at the end of Bailey Beach going out to the Sound
until construction of Scouters Lodge is completed.
Mr.
Hood
eeed the meeting to complain Ithe use
of his telep~fone at all hours of the night to call for help
when cars bury themselves in the sand.
Letter to be sent to the Police Department stating
that as ~f this date the roadway is officially closed
for construction for an undetermined amount of time. Anyone
seen on the property after dark is to be ticketed.
Letter put on file from New York State Environmental
Conservation to clear 50' x 70' for the Scouters Lodge at
Bailey Beach.
Attorney advised that concession can be advertised
to be accepted in an "as is" condition. Advertising
will state that the concessionaire will have to place the
concession in a condition that is approved by the Health
Department.
Mrs. Henry tyler is to administer keys for the Love
Lane site for $500 for 1986 season.
Mr. Charkow has agreed to work part time this summer.
No further business to come before the meeting, the
meeting was adjourned.
