Proposed Wetland Permit for JAMES G. ANDERSON & ROSEMARY ELLIS SCTM#1000-53-6-2 JAMES G. ANDERSON & ROSEMARY ELLIS requests a Wetland Permit to convert the existing attached garage into living space, construct a second-floor addition above the existing garage, construct a new 17'× 25' garage with breezeway, install new windows and doom, existing roof above stoop to be removed and stone stoop to be widened, and construct a second-floor balcony above stoop. Located: 2875 Bay Shore Rd., Greenport. The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the below Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
