MINUTES- Dec. 2?, 1951 Meeting
A meeting of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park Commission was
hel~ on the above date at the home of Frank B. Rogers at 4 P.M.
Commissioners John E. Tim~son, Frank B. Rogers and C.W.
Horton were ~resent. Basil D'Emo , newly elected ~ark Commission-
er was also ~resent.
The minutes of the ~revious meeting were read for information
only.
Chairman C.W. Horton instructe~ Treasurer John E. Tim~son
to pay the salary of $155.05 to Frances V. Rogers, Clerk, for
the year l?&l.
Chairman Horton reported on the December 5, 1951 election.
Basil D, emo was elected to a 2 year term to fill the unexpired
term of Corwin Grathwohl. Frank B. Rogers was elected for a 3
year term.
Basil D'Emo agree~ to serve as Treasurer. Bond is to be
arrange~ with Fre~ Kaelin a s of Jan. l, 1952.
Frank B. Rogers re~orte~ that the voting booth and ballot
box are store~ in the loft of his garage.
Final report will be ma~e to the Dept. of Audit & Control
~y Treasurer John E. Timpson as require~ by law. Annual report
will also be filed with the Town Clerk before Jan. 10, 1752.
Treasurer re~orte~ abalance on han~ of $~51.82 as of to-date.
The next meeting will be hel~ on Jan. 2, 1952 at l:30 P.M.
