A meeting of the Cutchogue-New S~ffolk Park Commission
was held at the home of Frank B. Rogers on the above date at
lt30 P.M.
Commiaeloners ~urtis W. Herren, John E. Timpson and
Frank B. Rogers were present. ~
~e minutes of the previous meeting were read for
information only.
The Treasurer reported a balance on hand of $833.12.
Mr. Herren stated Attorney William Wickham had advised
him that no money would have to be raised in the 1951-1962
Tax levy for interest and payments on the Bond issue.
The item of liability mad property damage insurance was
discussed. It was unanimously agree~ to add the sum
to the estimated budget to cover this item.
Motion was made by Frank B. Rogers that the budget
totaling $2,775.00 be accepted. Motion was seconded by John
E. Timpson. Ail in favor. Motion carried.
~he Secretary was instructed by Chairma~ Horton to
send a copy of the estimated budget to the Southold Tow~
Clerk for approval.
