August 1, 19&l Meeting of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park Commission was held on the above date at the home of Frank B. Rogers, Sr. at 1:30 P.M. Commissioners Curtis W. Rorton, John E. Timpson and Frank B. Rogers were present. Minutes of the previous meeting were read for infoma- ation only. C.W. Horton presented a proposed building plan for a co, fort station and utility building, estimated to c cst $8500. The plan was discussed and accepted. The amount to be raised by Bond issue was discussed. · he following figures were agreed upon to be the total ~ount to be raised by Bond issue. Purchase of Causeway property $15,000.00 Purchase of Horton property 850.00 Legal Fees & Surveys 2,200.00 Boat, buoys ~ equipmemt 750.00 Life Guard stand 100.00 Construction of Comfort Station a Utility Bldg. 8~500.~O Total .......... $27,350.00 Frank Rogers made a motion that $27~350 be raised by Bond issue. Motiom was seconded by Johm E. Timpsom. Ail in favor. Motion carried.
