Meeting of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park Cow,,ission was held at
the home of Frank ~.Rogers on above date at 1:30 ~.M.
Commissioners Curtis Wells Horton, Frank ~. Rogers and John Earle
Tlmpson were present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read for information only.
Letter of resignation as Commissioner was read from Corwin C.
~rathwohl. Nesignation accepted with regret. Notification of resignation
had been sent to the Town ~oard on Jan. 25, 1951. Na~es of John Earle
Timpson and Vincent W. Annabel of Cutchogue were submitted for consider-
atieh of the Town ~oard. On Feb. 1~, l~&l John Earle Timpson was appointed
Commissioner of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park District to hold such office
until Jan. 1, l~&2.
Frank B. Rogers made a motion John E. Timpson be appointed Treasurer.
Motion was seconded by C.W. Horton. John Timpson was unanimously elected
Trsasurere
Chairman Curtis W. Horton reported $1,003.22 had been received
from the Town of Southold l~&O-&l Tax Levy. The money had been deposited
in the North Fork bank & Trust Co., Cutchogue, N.Y. on Jan. 23, l~&l.
Chairman Curt2s W.~orton stated he would see Attorney Willia~
Wiei~ha~ and get a definite date set for the closing for the purchase of
the Causeway property.
A bill from the L.I. Traveler for $15.50 for 500 bill-heads was
presented for payment. John E. Timpson made a motion the bill be paid;
seconded by Frank Rogers. Chairman Curtis Horton ordered the bill be
paid,

Chairman Horton stat®d ha had discussed thc matter of bondin~
the Treasurer w~th Fred Kaolin who will take care off the matter. Bond
is to be in the amount of $5,000.
