MINUTES OF June 27~ l~&2 MEETIN,G,
Meeting of the Cutehogue-New Suffolk Park Comission was
~e~ at the home of Frank B.~ogers om the a¼ove date at 15 A.M.
Commissioners Curtis W. Horton, Basil D,Emo and Frank B.
Rogers were presents
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Secretary read a letter from Attorney William Wickham Gated
June ll, l~&2 in which Mr. Wickham statsd he felt his association
w~th the Cutchogue-New Suffolk ~ark District should cease at the
eonclusion of the present transaction. He stated the Causeway
transaction w oul~ ~e complete~ as soon as the attorneys for the
Association secure permission f rom the Supreme Cou~t authorizing
the sale ~y the Nassau Point Causeway Association. Mr. Wickham
also a~vised the Commissioners to look into the ma~er of purchas-
ing the property owne~ ~y Mrs. Finch 01sen at New Suffolk.
The Commissioners discussed the purchase of beach property
at New Suffolk and decide~ on $15~. a foot as a fair price.
Commissioner Horton suggested a letter of inquiry ~e writtem
to Mr. John Mackay, 42 Third Avenue, Mineola, L.I. regarding the
possible ~urchase of his ~each property at New ~uffolk.

Meeting was adjourned at 1~:35 A.M.
Commissioners Horton, D'Emo and Rogers went to
look at the Mackay beach property.
