Minutes- Nov. 14, 1963 Meeting
A regular meeting of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park District
was held on the above date at the home of Frank B.Rogers a~ 10 A.M.
Commissioners Basil D'Emo and Frank B. Rogers were prmsent.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Treasurer reported that the following bills had been received
and paid:-
Mattituck Plumbing & Heating Co.

Internal Revenue Service

L. I. Lighting Co.

Cutchogue Drug Store 33.00
A Balance of $746.~7 remains in the Regular Account and
$5~.61 in the Special Account.
The resignation of Curtis W. Horton as Secretary of the
Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park District was read and accepted,
effective Nov. 8, 1963. Because C.W. Horton, s resignation was
received after the Nov. 7th. publication of legal notice for
applicants to serve as Park Co,,,iesioner, an appointment will
have to be made by the Supervisor to fill the unexpired term
of Mr. Horton.
A petition for Robert Rebm, nominee for Park Commissioner
was accepted and filed.
Chairman D'Emo made a motion that the salary of the Clerk
be paid as of Dec. 1, 1963. Motion was seconded by Frank Rogers.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
