Treasurer reported that the following bills had been received and paid:- Fred W. Kaelin- Liability Insurance $191.79 Fred W. Kaeli~- Fire Insurance on Comfort Sta. and contents 72.47 Dept of Health & Education- Social Security 61.72 James Mason- garbage pick-up 100.00 Treasurer reported a Balance on hand as of this date of $871.15 in the Regular Account. A bill from Dickerson,s Marine for boat supplies amounting to $18.20 and a bill from Midgley & Horton for work on the life guard stand, signs, etc. amounting to $183.19 had been paid f rom the Special Fund, leaving a balance on hand of $577.61. Also instructed to attach an explanation for the item of $1,171.15 which represents balance due Attorney William Wickham for services rendered in the formation of the Park District, acquisition of beach property a nd floating the Bond Issue. A Contingent Fund of $2,500 was also included in this budget to cover salaries of additional life guards in 1964, it should become necessary to hire more. if There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
