Rogers on tha above date at $ P.M. ~e following were present: Cox~in Grathwohl~ Robert Rehm and Frank B. Rogers. Frank B. Rogere reported that at the Dec. 3rd. election, Robert Rehm had been elected to serve as C~lssioner for a 3 year term. Results of the election ha~ been filed with the Town Clerk, Coffin Orathwohl stated he ha~ received notice from the Town Board as to his appointment to fill the unexpired term of C.W.Horton as Commissioner until Dec. 31, 1964. year Dul! nominated and elected to the respective offices for the 1964 were: Chairman- Corwin ~rathwohl Treasurer- Frank B. Rogera Secretary- Robert Reh~ Frances V.Rogers was reappointed to serve as clerk for 1964. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted. had been received Treasurer reported that the following bills and paid: L.I. Traveler - legal notice of election $ 8.70 Frances V. T CUT(~HOGUE, LONG ISLAND, N. Y. -2- Feb. 4, 1963 (con' T. ) Mm. Rehm and Corwin Orathwohl stated they had both taken the oath of office at the Town Hall, Southold. A bill from the Long Island Lighting Company for $.55 was ~resented for payment. Mr. Grathwohl made a motion the bill be paid; seconded by Mr. Rehm. Mr. ~rathwo~l will check on necessary repairs needed at the comfort station, such as repairs to the screen doors and cornf~ repairs. He will contact Midgley & Horton and see that the work is ~one. Treasurer stated tha~ an application for a permit to open the Beach for 1964 will have to be filed with the Dept. of Health, Riverhead before June 1964. The possibility of purchasing beach property on L.I. 8ound was discussed. Mr. Orathwohl will look into the matter and secure the name of the owner and the purchase price of a parcel of land, west of Duck Pond Road, Cutchogue. Mr. Grathwohl stated an Association of Towns meeting will be held at the Hotel Commodore, N.Y. on Feb. 10, 11 and 12th. Ail day ae~mare will be held on Town government.
