Meeting of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park Commission
was held on the above date at the home of Frank B. Rogera at 9 A.M.
Conissioners Corwin Grathwohl, Robert Re,ua a~ Frank B.
Rogers were present.
Minutes of the previous meetimg were read.
Treasurer Frank B. Rogers reported a balance of $~,3~9.93
in the Regular Accoumt and $282.84 in the Special Account.
The following bills were audited a~d approved for payment:

Helen Rogers (Teller at Election) o.00
Jean Midgley (Inspector at Election) 6.00
L.I. Traveler (Notice of Election) 8.70
Frances V.Rogers (Salary as Clerk) 300.00
At the Dec. ?th. election, Frank B. Rogere was elected
to serve as Co~missloner for a 3 2ear ter~. Results of the
election were filed with the Town Clerk on Dec. 8th. 1965.
The purchase of the McBride property was discussed
again. $55,000. is still the asking price. Corwin Orathwohl
agreed to contact a land grading contractor to receive a~
estimate of the eost to improve the McBride property.
Clerk was i~t~ucted to eontact Attorney Willia~ Wickha~
and arra~e to pick up all legal papers belonging to the Cutchogue-
New Suffolk Park Co~aission. Papers then to be turned over to
Attorney Richard J. Orca of Cutchogue and arrangements made with
him to meet with the Park Co~issioners.
