Minutes Oct. 2, 1965 Meetin~
Treasurer Frank B.Rogers received a phone call from the office
of the Supervisor regarding the estimated budget for 1966. Supervisor
Albertson suggested that since the State Examiner had~ recommended
in the audit that the Park Commissioners legally could not have a
Contingent D~und, he would advise the Park Commissioners to increase
the amount of the budget for 1966.
The Commissmoner~ e et on this date and t he matter was discussed.
Budget was amended to allow for possible additional lifeguards in
1966. The item-S,~larie~ was increased from $1500 to $2000.
The amended budget is as follows:-
4th. year payment on Bond $2500.00
4th. year interest 670.00

The amended budget was accepted by the Commissioners. Clerk
w~s instructed to send copf of amended budget to Supervisor Albertson
and also have amended budget printed in the Long Island Traveler.
Purchase of the McBride property was discussed. Agreed to offer
$45,000 for the property. Mr. Grathwohl will take the matter up with
Mr. F. Kaelin, real estate agent.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
