. A~ organizttion meeting of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park
Commxesxon was held at the home of F~ank B.Rogers at 6~45 P.M. on
the above date.

RogerI lire present.

following be elected~o serve as offieers for the year 19665

Frank B. Rogers- Treasurer

Frank B.Rogers stated he had taken the oath of office at tke
Town Hall on this date.
The approval of bond for the Treasurer was siva by all
e~iesionere and the clerk was instructed to f ale same with the
Town Clerk.
The North Fork Ba~k and Trust 0oipany of Cutehogue was mauaed
Y,~X~Xe as Depository for all ~u~de received by the Park Commission
for the year 19~6.
Attorney Richard Cron of Cutchogue was named to serve is Attorney
for the ?ark Co~Iission for 1966.
Frances V. Rogers was appointed to serve as Clerk for 1966 at
a yearly ealary of $3~.
Clerk was i~struoted to purehasea large filing cabimet to
be stored in the a~torage seetion of the Cc~fort Station at the
Causeway Beach. Old recox~s belonging to the Park Commission are
to be stored in the filing eabinet.
Treasurer reported a b ala~tce on hand of $~,t17.~6 ia the
~egular Account and $282.84 ~h the Special Account.
The following bills mmee aadited and approved for paymeat~
L.I.Traveler- $~.9~ for 1~0 Ballote
Fred Kaelim - 13.$0 for bond of Treasurer for 1966.
Mr. Grathwo~l rep?fred that the Suffolk County dredge had
arrived on Jan. 3, 19~ to commence dredging in Broadwaters Creek.
