Minutes of Sept. 11! 1967 Meetinx
A Meeting of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park Commission
w~s held on t he above date at the home of Frank B. Rogers.
Commissicners Corwin Grathwohl, Robert Rehm and Frank
B. Rogers were present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read.
Treasurer reported a Balance on Hand in the Regular Fund
of $3,551.20 and $119.90 in the Special F~d.
R The following bills were audited and approved for payment:
obert M~lr- $50.00 for services as Beach Manager
John Haurus- $ 6.00 repairs to life!~usrd stand. .
James Mason, $127.50 cleaning beach & comfort Station & p~nting
C.p. Tuthill- $17.80 repairs to plumbing
Variety Store-S7.00 ~isc, Supplies
C~chogue Drug Store- $9.06 M~sc. Supplies
A letter from the North Fork Bank & Trust Company was
rea~. It stated Principal payment on unpaid balance of
$17,500. note- Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park District due
Sept. 18, 1967, amounting to $2,500.00 plus Interest due
from Sept. 18, 1966 to Sept. ~8, ~67_at 3.35% amounting
to $586.25, total amount due $3,0~b.25.
A letteP~.~m t he Office of Southold Town Clerk was
also reed. It requested detailed estimate of 1968 Budget
by Sept. 12, 1967.

The budget for 1968 was discussed and the ~m22mw~
budget totaling $5,675.66 was accepted by the Commissioners
Secretary was instructed to get copy to the Town Clerk on
Sept. 12th. 1967.
Frank Rogers stated he would contact Janes Mason to take
in the refuse cans and pick up the benches at the Beach.
There being no further busiSese, the meeting adjourned.
