A Nesting of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park Commission
was held on the above date at the home of Frank B.Rog®rse
Commissioners Corwin, Robert Rebm and Frank Rogers were
present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read,
The following bills had been ~udited and approved for
payment since the July 29th. meeting:
Robert Muir- $50.00 for Beach Manager
George Penny, Inc- $3.99 for a rake
Salaries for lifeguards totaling $261.23 also paid.
Treasurer a on
~, ,reported Balance Hand in the Regular ~und
of $4,182.b7 and $119.90 in the Special Fund.
Secretary stated the payroll for lifeguard and clerk
salaries had been approved by the Civil Service Commission.
The following bills were audited and approved for pa~ment:
Walter R,wland- $37.50 for Oxygen Kit
Dickerson's Narine- $19.90 for 2 boat rollers
L.I.Light Co. $2.31
Center Moriches Paper Co.- $43.45 for paper towels and vanisol
James Mason- $374.50 for cleaning beach and comfort sra.
Damage to the lifeguard stand and fountain was reported by
Lifeguard Dennis Haeg. Frank Rogers stated he wgmld contact
James Mason and ask him to repaint the lifeguard stand and
clean up the fountain.
Next meeting will be held in ~eptember to discuss and
make up thel9S8 budget.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
